Repairzone provides professional small event organization services in the North York area, including event design, coordination, venue selection assistance, and related planning services for intimate gatherings.
When using our services, you agree to:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The deposit amount varies by package and will be specified in your service agreement.
Final payment is due 14 days before your scheduled event. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfers.
Late payments may result in additional fees or cancellation of services. We reserve the right to withhold services until payment is received in full.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
We reserve the right to modify our services, packages, and pricing at any time. Changes will not affect bookings already confirmed with signed agreements. You may request modifications to your event up to 14 days before the event date, subject to availability and potential additional fees.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Repairzone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services in question.
We are not responsible for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, pandemics, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Repairzone and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our express written permission.
We may photograph events for portfolio and marketing purposes. By booking our services, you grant us permission to use event photos unless you explicitly opt out in writing. We respect guest privacy and obtain appropriate releases when featuring individuals prominently.
We may engage third-party vendors for certain aspects of event execution. While we carefully select our partners, we are not responsible for the actions or failures of third-party service providers. Your contracts with these providers are separate from your agreement with us.
We strive to provide excellent service but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our services are provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as required by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Repairzone, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage direct communication to resolve issues amicably. If resolution cannot be reached, parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
