General Expectations

Our events are carefully designed to create intimate, meaningful experiences. Following these simple guidelines helps us maintain the quality and atmosphere that make our gatherings special.

Arrive on Time: Events begin at the scheduled time. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to settle in and enjoy the atmosphere we've created.
RSVP Responsibly: Please confirm your attendance at least 72 hours before the event. Last-minute cancellations impact our planning and other guests' experiences.
Respect the Space: Our venues are carefully selected and prepared. Please treat the space with care and follow any venue-specific guidelines provided.
Photography Policy: We love capturing memories, but please be mindful of other guests' privacy. Ask permission before posting photos that include others on social media.
Dress Code: Unless otherwise specified, smart casual attire is appropriate for most events. We'll provide specific guidance for themed or formal occasions.

Booking and Payment Guidelines

Deposit Requirements: A deposit is required to secure your event date. The amount varies by package and will be clearly stated in your proposal.
Payment Schedule: Final payment is due 14 days before your event. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a full refund minus the deposit. Within 30 days, deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future date within one year.
Event Modifications: Changes to guest count, timing, or package details can be made up to 14 days before the event without additional fees.
Weather Policy: For outdoor events, we monitor weather closely and have contingency plans. We'll work with you to reschedule if conditions are unsafe.
